Tom Bradbury

Mr. Bradbury was the founder and CEO of Atlanta-based Colony Homes. Under his leadership, Colony Homes became one of the largest builders in the Southeast and was acquired by KB Home in March 2003. He is a recognized leader in the home building industry and is passionate about helping other home builders become successful.
Tom understands how the right approach to technology, people, and processes can drive operational success and profitability. He was an early follower of the Lee Evans principles and was personally involved in developing the process model and integrated software that supported Colony's business. After the sale to KB Home, Tom retained ownership of the process model and software and founded SMART Builder Solutions so he could bring these proven solutions to other home builders.
Doug Coons: Chief Executive Officer

Doug Coons has been creating and implementing technology solutions for companies for over 22 years. Since 2002, he's been CEO and owner of Sales Effectiveness Partners Corporation (SEPCo), the parent company of the popular SalesCloser' software for home builders, developers and new home realtors.
Prior to SEPCo, Doug was a Global Managing Partner for Accenture's Utilities CRM Practice. He created customer relationship management solutions for large utility companies including helping The Southern Company implement a corporate-wide Customer Relationship Management and Billing system. This complex implementation required leading a development team that peaked at 500 people, merging and converting the systems and data from five operating companies, and training 5,000 Southern Company employees to use the new system. Doug has a B.S. in chemical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA (with distinction) from Wake Forest University.
As CEO of SMART Builder Solutions LLC, Doug uses his background in process excellence, software development and implementation to shape the vision of the company and lead the successful deployment of solutions with clients.
Ken Norton: Chief Operations Officer

As the chief software architect at Atlanta-based Colony Homes, Kenny led the effort to design and implement leading edge software to support business processes and transition legacy systems to the Microsoft platform.
Prior to joining Colony Homes in 1999, Kenny supported, serviced and developed vertical market software and led Microsoft-based development teams for more than 15 years. Kenny has a B.S. in computer science from Southern Tech.
As CTO of SMART Builder Solutions LLC, Kenny is responsible for developing the SMART toolsets and software that helps home builders operate more efficiently. He is passionate about the possibility of improving the residential home building market with better integrated tools and processes.
Toby Brennen: Director of Process Excellence

With over 22 years of consecutive industry experience in production, semi-custom, and custom homebuilding, Toby Brennen has had direct involvement in every business function. As the Director of Information Services for Colony Homes (Atlanta, GA), Toby led the implementation, design and development of the company�s business operations software as well as managed the integration of the software with their business processes and online business model.
Toby's experience also includes the positions of Database Administrator, Purchasing Coordinator, and Estimator for Colony Homes (Atlanta, GA); Purchasing Manager for Cross Builders (McLean, VA). Most recently Toby was a consultant to homebuilders throughout the country specializing in process analysis and documentation, strategy mapping/balanced scorecard design, and systems implementation.
Toby combines his experience with a passion for process and talent with technology to adeptly craft practical, feasible, and effective cross-functional, process-driven solutions to ordinary, or extraordinary, business problems.
Dan Agramonte: Senior Business Consultant

Dan Agramonte has spent the last 10 years focusing his efforts on process improvement activities. He was formally trained at General Electric as a six sigma black belt. After successfully leading numerous projects, he was awarded the title of Master Black Belt. In his process improvement/continuous improvement efforts, Dan has successfully implemented projects in nearly every corporate function: manufacturing/operations, customer service, logistics, purchasing, finance, quality, research and development, product management and human resources. He has led dozens of process improvement projects and mentored hundreds more. In keeping with the learn/do approach of Six Sigma, he has trained six sigma greenbelts on 3 continents—at last count numbering over 100 black belts and 400 green belts.
Dan also has extensive experience managing and implementing quality systems. He started with manufacturing quality while at General Electric Transportation Systems and later spearheaded the implementation of an enterprise-wide quality system for the Global Paper business while at J.M. Huber. The latter also included an ISO 9001 quality system encompassing facilities in Sweden, France, Finland, Brazil, Canada and the United States and touching all aspects of a $300 million business.
Prior to entering the corporate world, Dan was an Air Force Civil Engineering Officer for eight years. He dealt extensively with construction while at Soto Cano Airbase (Honduras), Chanute AFB (Illinois) and at Howard AFB (Panama) in numerous capacities, including Design Engineer, Chief Engineering Design and later as Chief of Construction.
