On August 23, 2007 Constructech Magazine announced the winners of its 2007 Vision Awards. The Constructech Vision Awards honor companies that have realized the advantages of applying innovative technologies to their everyday businesses as well as the technology enablers that have helped them achieve their goal.

SMART Builder Solutions' client, Nohl Crest Homes, was named as one of this year's Vision Award recipients with SMART Builder Solutions recognized as the technology enabler. SMART's ProcessSMART and ExecuteSMARTsoftware applications were used to enable real-time execution and control of Nohl Crest's pre-start process. (Pre-start, also known as Pre-construction, includes the essential steps after contract signing, before construction starts) The tools and software implemented by SMART allow Nohl Crest control over their critical and complex process in a highly efficient and consistent manner.

Companies were honored during a dinner and awards ceremony following the second annual Technology Day conference in Chicago. On presenting the awards, Mike Carrozzo, editor of Constructech Magazine, stated "This is an industry committed to raising the bar when it comes to adopting and deploying technology, and those who have received a Vision Award this evening demonstrate that commitment."
